Castro slams Bush 'dictator' plans
=======================

The Cuban president, Fidel Castro, has said that America's as yet
unspecified military reaction to the attacks on New York and Washington
could have catastrophic consequences. At a government rally outside Havana,
President Castro reiterated Cuba's willingness to cooperate in the fight
against terrorism.

But he said that the initial tragedy should not be turned into a war in
which thousands more innocent people could be killed.

Referring to President Bush's assertion that either a country supported the
US or it was with the terrorists, President Castro said America planned a
"world military dictatorship".

He said it was impossible to decide which side was the more fanatical.
