Which is the way this list has been for damn near a decade now.
I've found that the only mailing lists that tend to actually stay on topic are ones with a very specific topic, like, say, the postfix- users list or the shorewall-users list.
Something like KPLUG's -list is far too general to be forced to be "on-topic" all the time. The blatant stuff usually ends up in - kooler eventually, anyway. :)
