This means the filters are working. The spammers are having to use up more bandwidth and obscure their message (making it less likely that someone will understand) which means they do not make as much money. I use spamass plus greylisting and it really cut down on my spam. We haven't quite won the war on spam yet but I think we are indeed winning.
