They know they don't have to make a quality product because you will continue to use Windows regardless of how shoddy IE is because you need it for other things they have you locked into.
I'm glad I finally got my new work machine up and running (it took a a week because I had to actually do work while trying to also configure the machine to do work :o )
Now, with Linux running on the new machine (an AMD X2), the only thing I need Winsucks for is a few Winsucks only applications written in the early days of the company. These tools will soon be replaced, and I won't need Winsucks at all. There was a while there where I thought I might be stuck using Outhouse for mail because of the calendaring (we still use Exchange, but that may go away as well), but after configuring Evolution, I no longer need Outhouse.
So, why again does anyone really *need* Winsucks and IE? PGA -- Paul G. Allen Owner, Sr. Engineer, BSIT/SE Random Logic Consulting Services www.randomlogic.com -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
