When calling Fry's, or otherwise wanting help when you are there, ask
for James Cooper. He's my best friend, will not steer you wrong, and
will work to get you the best deal he can. Do to a back problem (hurt it
at work at Fry's some years back) he can generally be found up front
doing phone support. Tell him I told you to talk to him.

I rarely ever buy anything at Fry's without talking to Jim first. He's
off work today (I think he said he goes back tomorrow).
