Activestate, which makes marvelous Tcl/Tk tools, also has perl and Python
IDEs and tools.

BTW, Activestate is one of the good guys. They release a lot of their
stuff GPL. Their free Tcl dev suite is a definite 80:20 if you're a CB
like me.
