Yes, Walmart has a $20 4way splitter that does exactly that. It has no coax at all. It has 4 inputs and 1 output. Here's the breakdown of each:

Input 1   S-Vid, CompVid, Left, & Right
Input 2   S-Vid, CompVid, Left, Right, Y, Pb, & Pr
Input 3   S-Vid, CompVid, Left, Right, Y, Pb, & Pr
Input 4   S-Vid, CompVid, Left, Right, Y, Pb, & Pr
Output    S-Vid, CompVid, Left, Right, Y, Pb, & Pr
