I wanna say there were like 3 screws on the bottom of mine, then the whole thing slides out. But from the looks of it, the connector on the back of the drive is about the same as the old drives I had in some Gateway laptops that were made with a quick swapout option. (you know, slide the latch and then you can slide the drive out).
