Bob-

pull the laptop keyboard ( usually from the top. remove the plate just below 
the screen - remove the screws, carefully unplug the cable - google for an 
exploded view or manual for your model)   wash the keyboard liberally with 
distilled water, gently air hose and allow to sun dry or indirect heat 
source, radiated heat as opposed to hair dryer. reassemble and test. I've had 
*great* success fixing latop keyboards that had coke, tea with sugar, 
lemonade and yes, wine, spilled on them.

you may have to go deeper to remove all the wine from the MB, but again, i've 
had great success even cleaning a sticky DVD player using distilled water. 
the trick is to really rinse it well to remove the dust / sugars that 
actually will cause the shorting out.
