I am backing all of my data up to Amazon's S3. I should give a talk on S3 and EC2 some day. They are really cool. If you don't trust Amazon you can encrypt your data. But as previously mentioned earlier I trust them more than I trust my machine to never die and lose my data. I also backup to USB2 external drives but if the house burns down there goes my data.
