Well, this is where it gets hairy. It is and should be legal for Pastor
Brown to say "voting for any candidate who supports strip clubs in our
town is a sin" (I _think_ -- check me on that). It is not legal for Pastor
Brown to hand out sample ballots in church with the approved candidates
checked off -- unless his church doesn't operate as a non-profit.
