If I follow you, it sounds like you've got a nice line of coax running
through multiple boxes.  (or maybe I'm NOT following).  I was referring to
plugging the RCA outputs of the Wii into the VCR and then using the VCR's
coax output to go to the tv...

Or, again, perhaps I'm missing something...  (:

Let me be a bit more explicit about the setup-  the wii does not have an
rf
out.  The modulator is also the component->rf converter.  The cable and
the
Wii run into the modulator.  This is then run into my PS2, which runs into
my VCR, which runs into my TV.  The PS2 is flawless, the VCR works well,
my
cable is fine.  Its only the converter/modulator which isn't working.
Plugging the converter right into the TV doesn't fix it.  And it isn't the
wii-  it works perfectly in friend's houses.
