Roadrunner seems to have got around to Serra Mesa, now.

I see that RR download speed is now 6800 Kbps.
I didn't even have to power-cycle or un/re-plug the coax.

Sample results from http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
 Download Speed: 6817 kbps (852.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
 Upload Speed: 499 kbps (62.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
