Given that anyone who wants the entire newsletter can actually sign up
or even read it *without signing up*, there is no possible reason to hit
the entire list with the entire newsletter.
Note that I did not say, "Never post anything from the EFFector." If
something is particularly noteworthy, then quote an excerpt, comment on
it and give a pointer.
