Probably not, but memory speed also has a significant impact on performce.
It is not common to build modern motherboards that work with old, slow
memory.  I'm guessing you'll have a hard time finding a new motherboard
that will work with PC-133 memory.  The memory sticks you have are only
worth about $15, new.

Despite the somewhat deceptive advertising, you really do generally have to
consider memory as part of a motherboard/cpu upgrade.
