I bought one a few years ago from Sears. While driving, and running a 100W
air filter (much less than the rated load), and after an hour or so, it got
very hot, and started speweing out smoke. It melted a bit of the carpet on
the floor.
So, not exactly a recommendation, perhaps an anti-recommendation.
