Ah... Seems I've forgotten that bit. Yeah, I see the disconnect now.
Isn't the Mail-Followup-To: header meant for those other mail clients?
It's what I do to mitigate the problem with some clients that ignore
the Reply-To: and prefer to send a response directly to the From:
address, and it seems to be working.
Hmm. Quick, someone test the "Mail-Followup-To:" trick here!
Change the To:, wedge [Kooler] in the Subject:, add a Mail-Followup-
To:,
and Cc: to the original list and then drop further conversation in the
main list?
Carry a big stick...
Putting [Kooler] in the subject is an easy first step, I would think.
Wonder if we could convince mailman to reroute email with "Re:
[Kooler]"
in the subject line to -kooler?
Hmm... We could try. I'm not sure what facilities are built into
mailman. There's always the "insert a script in front of mailman"
method, if you really want to get crafty (and risk losing mail
silently.)
I've just added a rule to my filter list to take anything with
[kooler] in the subject, to any kplug* address, and stuff it in my
kplug-kooler folder. Solves it for me. :)
