I could put together a document to help solidify something for discussion. What I see going on now is a half-baked attempt to fill in for what Josh has mentioned and George started. That is, a project idea/proposal for Josh and others to determine if it's worth keeping the SDCS as a stale umbrella org or move it to the next level in hopes of reviving public interest and even doing some good. Moving the next stage to a meeting room is a good idea but I sure wish Josh would chime in and direct some of this since he's the guy who'll make the choice of what/where/when and how it all happens. I like the idea of 2's assignments. I once joined a committee where the lead was so gung-ho, he was doling out assignments to everyone in the group when most where not even qualified for the task. Instead of getting the thing rolling, he basically stalled it and crashed it into the ground since little got done in the end. Good idea.
