What does it matter if you resist or don't or if you're completely in the
right and well documented? Whatever course you take, your business is
disrupted, your lawyers are clocking big $$, and you're effectively
punished for daring to bring Linux in the door.

BTW, I'm working at Sony right now, and they use Linux all over, including
embedded in their TVs. So I guess M$ reserves this kind of harrassment for
little guys who make guitar strings, and stays away from poking sticks at
big companies who could cut them off at the ankles.
