There are no user errors, only poor UI designs.
Microsoft Outlook has the option to let mail sit in the Outbox for a
while before it is sent. This helps avoid lots of the mistakes that
one recognizes in the second after hitting the send button. I wish
there was a similar option for Thunderbird.
