It includes things like Windows Server 2003 R2 and Windows Vista Enterprise and Ultimate (when you add on the Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications). While, techicnally, it may be correct and the application may actually work on that platform, that would not be the intended target. Then again, neither might be IRIX.
