The correct term is UNIX like or UNIX type. Not all the systems above are UNIX certified operating systems (See http://www.opengroup.org/certification/unix-home.html). Linux is not a UNIX operating system and is not certified as UNIX, but it is a UNIX type OS.
Only operating systems that have qualified as UNIX can legally use the term. Most references we see to UNIX operating systems are incorrect, at least in part.
