internet connection problem

I am using FC3, in using the internet cofiguration wizard my mainboard's 
nic card is
recognized no problem (sis900) the next step though, dchp is all grayed 
out. My ip address from
SBC is dynamic. Not certain what to do next. Is there anyone who is SBC 
with FC3 successfully
