I don't think it's a bad idea, but obviously we need to make it clear
that it's an offer that they can decline without offending us.

Isn't HTML supposed to be a standard? Seems to me they should be able to
make pages in whatever (Dreamweaver on M$) and upload them file to Apache
for display.
