We certainly can, and can even do nice things like enabling WebDAV for them, too, so it's down to simple drag'n'drop uploads (or ftp-like uploads if they use cadaver).
Heck, at that point, our offer for hosting the other SIGs should probably be like:
1) We can host your DNS
2) We can host your web site (with WebDAV access for uploading/editing content) in an Apache virtual host.
3) We've also got Plone installed, so if you want a Plone site, just ask.
4) We can host your mailing lists (might take a small amount of work on postfix, but it's certainly more than doable, and I've set up virtual hosting on postfix at work, and wow its easy.) Mailman's already installed, but we can install something else if you really _really_ need it.
