What is the current behavior of kplug-announce? I've been working under
the assumption that the announce list merges the e-mail addresses for
people subscribed to the other lists so that someone signed up for say,
kplug-newbie would also get a message sent to kplug-announce.
If that is not true then I have been missing a large part of the target
audience with my announce messages. For example, I want to send out a
message about the upcoming meeting featuring rpath.
What should I do to make sure that all KPLUGers get the announce messages?
