Tracy has agreed to take care of the books and preside over the meeting.

I suggest that you coordinate the presenters and the topics, and also
make sure that the information is posted to the web site.

We were assigned Annex C and Room 401 for the meeting, which isn't
really practical. I chose only Room 401 since it has a projector. :-)

I think it's a possibility. We first need to get the new Treasurer
