If you have some type of situation where you get involved with the FAA as in an accident, a runway incursion or even another airplane bumps into you on the airport ramp and insurance gets involved. You have this little form that you have to fill out for the FAA asking you all these questions and one of them is the date of your medical. That is where it can get really nasty for you. I guess you're not breaking the rules until you get caught. 🤔
