A fair number of folks use Kenosha Regional (KENW) as a stopping
off/practice location. You would need to contact the airport directly, but
there are a number of hotels/motels and other conveniences available. Check
with EAA, I would think that there is someone there who knows the right
contacts to make. (BTW, I work across the street from the airport and can
tell you that during the weeks before Osh' I get to watch War Birds and
Aerobatic folks often)... just sayin'. You would be about 45 minutes air
time in the Osh madness from touchdown at Whitman. You could also (surprise)
contact EAA directly for help.

How about organizing a location close to Oshkosh that we meet at and then
fly together to Oshkosh? We got a year to plan.

Can we talk about it at our gathering in September?
