it's a little out of date, but I 'm sure there is one more current out

You are into a gray area there. There is WAAS, and then there is high
integrity WAAS, which is what the FAA is requiring for ADS-B out. The
ADS-B Out system will report the GPS integrity level, and you can read
it in your PAPR report.
