Back when I built N56ML, I used the Hooker Harness Rotary setup, shown at

No, they are not certified, but they are a reputable company, and these products are main-stream and likely well proven over the decades. They also sell aircraft seatbelts, which I assume are certified, if you don't mind spending the money for that kind of certification.

The belts in N891JF are a little more conventional, with the tabs on the shoulder straps that link up to the lap belt in the middle, and I have personally tested them several times, and can attest to their strength. I don't know the source of those, but will look for identification tags next time I'm at the airport.
