Stick and rudder talks about high altitude upset. Can this happen to a heavy KR2S?

If this is what you mean by "high altitude upset" then we can say that there is nothing about a KR, heavy or not, that is different from other aircraft to prevent "high altitude upset" or to cause it for that matter.

What does upset mean in aviation?
3. Definition of airplane Upset. An airplane upset is *an undesired airplane state characterized by unintentional divergences from parameters normally experienced during operations*. An airplane upset may involve pitch and/or bank angle divergences as well as inappropriate airspeeds for the conditions.
