I do believe that Roland and those who work with him (particularly the close upstream support!) very much deserve to enjoy their accomplishments. As do those on the ARC who ask them difficult questions, and challenge them to find their best answer, notwithstanding that it may make the process slower and more difficult; because they too contribute to the quality of the end result. Even the contention is an education for those who only stand and watch, being among actual participants surprisingly rancor-free, if sometimes frustration-laden.
