Close, but not quite. Rekonq uses QtWebKit See http://qt-project.org/wiki/QtWebKit It's a separate code base with it's own issues and is even less maintained in the distro than webkit. I don't particularly trust rekonq, but the intersection of the set of secure browsers and browsers that will fit on the install media is empty.
