We decided back in February (and announced then) how we are going to run the election: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/kubuntu-users/2013-February/057678.html If you wanted it to be done differently, that was the time to bring it up. I think it's fine to ask questions of the candidates as you're been doing, but we aren't going to change the election process in the middle of it.
