The only problem I had with that was when the customer had a bunch of speed dials programmed into the fax machine. The ksu pick up dialing was not fast enough to beat the speed dialing.

For example, here it is used as a secondary outgoing line. If it's in use, it won't be used for that and instead another line will be substituted. As an incoming line, we have it programmed to go directly to one extension - the fax machine - so it won't bother anyone else.
