Guys, I would like to assign a CO to an extention (1 person company). Then, I would like that extention to roll into voicemail if it's after hours, or the line is busy.
I can get vmail to answer a CO if I set the intercept to 165 (vs. say 101 for extention 1). If I set the DIL to 101, it doesn't seem to make a difference. Ideas?
