Set up the custom menus to say whatever you want them to say. Program it with hyperterminal. Don't try to use prompts as menus, prompts do not give the callers any options. They are there to do just what they say "prompt" the caller and they are already recorded. There are some that are worth deleting because they are unnecessary or redundant, though.
