If you set DIL 1-1 for a co to ext 101, then you can forward that ext to 165
and take advantage of busy/no answer forwarding.  If you want it to go
direct into the mailbox after hours, then either the user can forward the
extension for "all calls" to 165 when they leave for the day OR you would
need to program the co for night mode DIL to voicemail, and set up trunk
service in the voicemail so it goes an appropriate menu that will default
into the mailbox for that extension. (or simpler, just leave the ext
forwarded busy/no answer and then after hours it will still just have to
ring a few times.
