Figured it out..... Set 407 / 408 DIL1: to desired extention
Set 409 / 410 (intercept) to 165 (vmail) Set 203 to 3 rings.... Seems to be working just fine. I am not sure how to provide callers with the appropriate prompts on how to use the VM - ideas are greatly appreciated. Then, I would like that extention to roll into voicemail if it's after hours, or the line is busy. I can get vmail to answer a CO if I set the intercept to 165 (vs. say 101 for extention 1). If I set the DIL to 101, it doesn't seem to make a difference. Ideas? Thanks in advance, Glenn ______________________________________________________________________ Glenn Jensen ph. 619-749-3700 - Office ph. 858-229-1992 - Cellular toll-free voicemail / fax - (877) 233-5478 _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
