Class of service settings - change "Transfer to CO" to Enable. Works best on a PRI. Have a call in progress, press transfer, 9 then the number, hang up. Or if you want to do a conference - press Conference, 9 then number, conf again - standard procedure.
Ring cadence is the same for every 4th port, i.e. 1, 5, 9 & 13 all ring at the same time. We specifically planned out our extension assignment with this in mind.
