I haven't seen a direct method to handle this situation: Have several individuals that make calls from their extensions on client's business. For example, one guy handles executive searches. Each caller needs to identify calls back to his clients, and they may call the same number for multiple clients. So, Caller 1 Client 45 555-1212 6mins Caller 1 Client 55 555-1212 12mins Caller 1 Client 34 555-1212 4mins Caller 2 Client 45 555-1212 16mins Caller 2 Client 55 555-2000 42mins Caller 2 Client 34 555-1212 44mins I want to total, Client 45 22mins Client 55 54mins Client 34 48mins I have been looking at the Panalog software. The Panasonic person recommended account codes, one for each client, but it appears that there are only 128 account codes so I would have to cycle back through them too quickly to keep the accounting clean.
