if you collect smdr output: use account codes (our installs typ use 4 digits - may be up to 10 digits, i think). issues: do they need to be verified?, that table is limited, we typ use last four dig of ssn for toll control
the smdr will present the ext number, so you can track the calling/ans ext. issues: someone using someone elses ext for a few hours. the time will be from off-hook to on-hook (includes ringing time and no answers on outgoing) hint: set smdr time start to 5 sec, a good average for us. a new line is created for each hold-pickup at new ext. on the same call, the account code might not duplicate on the new line (just dont remember) hope that helps -larry 11/4/04 9:09:46 PM, "Steve Ponnath" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >Hardware KXTD1232-4, KXTVS200, 10CO, 16ext. > > > > >I haven't seen a direct method to handle this situation: > >Have several individuals that make calls from their extensions on client's >business.
