I have taken your very nice description, changed it just a bit (to be
language neutral) and updated the l10n page, but cannot commit it
(incubator), can you please look at it, and commit it if you agree:

usr/local/cms/wc/ooo-site/jani-Vx3p98/trunk/content/l10n/how_to_join.mdtext

then in the future we can simply reference this page.
