and I had to manually apply it line-by-line, but it is now at

Some of the information there is probably best placed in the same page
as the "Tips for translators" at
http://incubator.apache.org/openofficeorg/translate.html
but we may want to improve it once we stabilize (and for example we may
want to avoid sending 276 files if only 30 of them are to be updated,
but all of these are gradual process improvements we will make and the
information presented here applies to the current situation).
