We are all volunteers in AOO, some people invest a lot of time, some less, typically it varies, but its all welcome and bring us forward. Thats the great thing about ASF, its like having a job with no big boss telling you what to do. Any pressure you feel come from yourself. Going through all strings is a major task and nobody expect you to finish that before 4.0.1. Remember once you are finished with translation you also need to do some testing, for that you will need at least a language pack, which many in here can generate.
