Go to:
cms.apache.org
username is "anonymous"
navigate to "ooo-site" and then click to "Get a new working copy",
navigate i Directory listing path "vi"
Here you see index.html an hit [Edit] and make changes in HTML page.
At the bottom of page you have "Quick mail", fill your name.
This operation send a patch to dev list .. Committers can review it an
commit it for
you.
