In most cases you can ignore commented out sections of the HTML. However, in download.html there is a section for beta releases. These are the sections with the comments: <!-- Yellow: Beta Release online --> and <!-- Yellow: Beta: No JavaScript enabled --> We'll probably enable these when we have a beta release of AOO 4.1. That is a few months away still, but it might be good to have it translated now, so we can simply enable it when the beta is ready.
