Just hope that any of you won't bump into issue where campaign cannot be
uploaded to there. Someone at Valve is finally having a look at the
issue though.

This is a late reply, but I'm always up for a play test. I look forward to
seeing The Blood Moors and One 4 Nine in the workshop very soon!

Thanks guys for all the interest. In a few weeks I'll contact those who've
expressed an interest in helping with the playtesting. There are still some
bits and pieces I need to setup in maps 1-4; you know how it is, seemingly
neverending things to fix and improve. :)
Cheers
Kev

Hey guys
For the last two years since releasing “One 4 Nine” I’ve been working on
a new campaign, entitled “The Bloody Moors”. It’s a Left 4 Dead 2
campaign set on the Yorkshire Moors in Northern England. The campaign
mostly focuses on the bleak wind-swept Yorkshire moors, with isolated
old cottages and stables, a filthy canal and apartment building, an old
cemetery and ruined church, a quarantined fishing village... and a
long-buried eldritch horror.
Screenshots and video trailer here:
http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2988290
Influences include: 28 Days Later, the Hound of the Baskervilles,
American Werewolf in London, the League of Gentlemen, and HP Lovecraft
novels.
The Bloody Moors has a lot of new models created by Bunny, which really
help give an authentic English feeling to the campaign, such as the
iconic red telephone box. Bunny has also created new melee weapons and
a custom tank; part-werewolf, part-tank... a “weretank”.
There is new music and sound effects created by Jeroen van Eden, who
created the soundtrack for Blood Tracks. Thanks also to Jeroen for
creating the video trailer.
Massive thank you to both Bunny and Jeroen for doing an amazing job and
sticking with me these last two years on this project. I’ve been very
lucky to find people as dedicated as I am in wanting to complete this
project.
I’ve pretty much finished four of the maps and am currently working on
the finale map. I’m hoping to release the full campaign in about three
months (depending on my day job) but in a few weeks want to start with
some playtests. If anyone wants to help out with the playtesting,
please let me know.
Thanks
Kev
