[labradoodles] Labradoodle needs a home!

Hi! We have a 2 year old labradoodle who is very sweet, cute, and gentle. Our family is in a stage where we are not around much and don't give him frequent walks, and we don't have a backyard. We need to rehome him to give him the life that he deserves. He is a wonderful dog, and very gentle. He has some fear issues, that have made it hard to rehome him. For instance, he is very very jumpy with noises, and is very fearful of sudden movements. We got him from a woman 2 years ago, and thought that he may have been abused, but we had him checked out by a trainer, and the trainer said that he doesn't show signs of abuse. Does anyone have any ideas about how to go about rehoming him? We thought we had a great home for him yesterday, but the family returned him today due to the jumpiness. I really dont want to turn him into a shelter, and could really use some advice! Its not fair for him to stay with us, as we are not at all able to give him what he needs!
